Scroll down the right hand menu to “Office of Marriage, Family, and Life.” It says it is the official document with questions from the Synod Committee.
Questions about the survey: I think the reform organizations tried to make the survey question more easily answerable. Are the questions the same as the questions on the reform organization survey? If not, how different are they? Will the unofficial survey data get the same reception in Rome as the USCCB survey data? Should people who want change make sure to fill out both surveys?
Deborah Rose-Milavec, director of FutureChurch, says the reform survey data will be delivered to the Vatican and I believe her. A friendly priest of the Archdiocese who is sending around the Archdiocesan survey says we should print out the Archdiocesan survey, say what we think on the questions that we can answer, and send them in. He thinks the Vatican will accept all data sent in. I want to believe him.
Does anyone have time to compare the two surveys and report the analysis to info@cccrmn.org. I will get it to the PCV. Can you imagine the skewed data if the U.S. culture wars have dueling surveys? What does anyone think about this?
Paulahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00135199120788030871noreply@blogger.com
